Unsightly Activities and Additions Notice

Occasional vehicle maintenance and outdoor projects are part of home ownership. However, keep driveway repairs and yard activities neat, temporary, and in line with community guidelines.

Please keep in mind:
– Major vehicle repairs (such as engine work or body restoration) should not be conducted in driveways or visible areas.
– Tools, parts, and equipment should be stored out of sight when not in use.
– Outdoor projects should be completed in a timely manner and kept tidy throughout.
– Unsightly items—including debris, unused furniture, or construction materials—should not be left in yards or driveways.

Our goal is to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for all residents. If you have questions about what’s permitted, feel free to reach out to the board for clarification.

Exception to Section 10.19-Garage nets/screen have been permitted on the outside of garage doors.

Parking Notice

Vehicles may be parked in the garage, carport, driveway, or gravel or paved parking pad perpendicular to the driveway; provided, however, that all vehicles should be fully and always parked within closed garages to the fullest extent practicable.

Prioritize vehicle parking in your garage and driveways. The HOA Board has extended parking access to the homeowner’s yard to allow overflow parking in grass areas.

Street parking is allowed on a temporary basis. If a homeowner has a visitor, they are allowed to park on the street without obstructing traffic, for a limited time. For example, if you have an overnight or weekend guest, you can use street parking for the duration of their stay. If a
homeowner has a guest that is staying over 1-3 days, please send a courtesy email to the HOA so violations can be avoided.

Pet Waste Notice

Please take all measures to pick up your pet waste. There are multiple complaints about homeowners not removing their pet waste from neighboring lawns.

Be advised, according to the CCR section 10.14, “If a pet leaves feces on any portion of the Community other than the pet Owner’s Lot, the pet owner will be responsible for the removal. If not removed immediately, a fine may be levied by the Board.” Pet Owner’s who are caught neglecting this responsibility is subject to be in violation of the CCRs.

Leaving pet feces can pose several health and environmental risks. 1. Dog waste can contain bacteria and parasites that can pass to humans and other animals. 2. If the feces get washed away in the rain, it can enter the storm drain and pollute the ground water. 3. It can attract flies and rodents. 4. It creates foul smells and is unappealing to the neighborhood’s aesthetic.

Proper disposal of pet waste helps maintain a clean and healthy environment. Please do your part to pick up after your pet and educate all responsible individuals on the harmful effects of neglecting this responsibility.

The Homeowner’s Association is responsible for the management, maintenance, operation and control of the subdivision, and the enforcement of standards. Please respect and abide by the Governing Documents and the laws of the State of Georgia regarding homeowner’s associations.

Doing your part to uphold the standards and values of the neighborhood can only have a positive impact on the community.

Please take all preventative measures to keep pets confined in a fenced-in yard or on a leash held by a responsible person. All Owners and occupants with pets shall comply with government ordinances and regulations.

Please place and remove your trash cans from the street in a timely manner. Trash cans left on the street 24 hrs past pick up are subject to a citation.

*This Covenant has been amended by the HOA to allow garbage cans to be stored in the front or side of houses without the need to be screened or concealed from view.

Also of note: Garbage cans need to be removed from the street no later than 24 hours past trash pickup day, which is scheduled for Wednesday. Unless there is a holiday or a delay in sanitation services, cans left on the street on Friday will be cited.
