Jessica Steverson – Secretary

Hey there! My name is Jessica, and I am serving as the HOA Secretary. I am a single mother of two boys. One is 15 and attends Long County High School, while the other is fully grown serving in the U.S. Air Force. After retiring as an Air Force avionics maintenance technician after 20 years of service, I went back to school after my bachelor’s degree in Sociology to get a master’s in both English and Technical and Professional Writing. Now, I live happily retired with my youngest son in this community.

I volunteered to be a member of the Board of Directors to help facilitate better communication between the members of the community and the board. I aim to develop more positive interactions and transparency within the association.

My name is Anthony Papa, and I am serving as the HOA Assistant Secretary. You might see me out walking my dogs or tinkering in my garage, but I am always open to a friendly conversation from neighbors. I have lived in the neighborhood since December 2022. I moved here from Pooler, GA, where I lived for 8 years, but I am a native of Long Island, NY. I work as a generator technician all over the state of Georgia and South Carolina, but I am a jack of all trades, so I am pretty handy.

My end goals for the HOA are threefold: Creating an environment for children to have fun and experience freedom to play safely. Maintaining and improving the cleanliness and upkeep of our community. Increasing community cohesiveness with planned events.

My name is Brittany and I am the HOA Vice President. I am the liaison between committees and external agencies, and I ensure effective and fair policies. I also foster community involvement.

I am committed to making the neighborhood the best it can be and hope to maintain good relationships with partnering agencies.

My name is Jelisa and I am the HOA Treasurer. I maintain all financial records, manage the association expenses, and ensure all investments align with the HOA’s financial goals and policies.

I am committed to helping people, I love to solve problems, and create a safe environment for the children.

My name is Pamela and I am the HOA President. I facilitate board meetings, ensure the association’s rules, covenants, and bylaws are enforced fairly and consistently, and oversee HOA operations.

I am committed to maintaining a harmonious, respectful, and well-managed community.
