Please take all preventative measures to keep pets confined in a fenced-in yard or on a leash held by a responsible person. All Owners and occupants with pets shall comply with government ordinances and regulations.

Please place and remove your trash cans from the street in a timely manner. Trash cans left on the street 24 hrs past pick up are subject to a citation.

*This Covenant has been amended by the HOA to allow garbage cans to be stored in the front or side of houses without the need to be screened or concealed from view.

Also of note: Garbage cans need to be removed from the street no later than 24 hours past trash pickup day, which is scheduled for Wednesday. Unless there is a holiday or a delay in sanitation services, cans left on the street on Friday will be cited.

Please maintain your property, to include power washing, and landscaping.

2024 Christmas Celebration

Hey neighbors! Join us for our first annual Christmas Celebration! Fire Station #5’s fire truck will parade around the neighborhood while the HOA hands out candy and toys! Merry Christmas Summerhill!!

January 2025 Board Meeting

The first board meeting of 2025 is scheduled.

Time: 600pm

  • Be recognized first by the board before speaking.
  • Refrain from interrupting business or deliberations of the board.
  • During OPEN FORUM every owner who wishes to speak will have an opportunity to
    speak, at the microphone, one time, for a maximum of 3 minutes.
  • Be respectful of the fact that other owners may wish to speak.
  • Avoid interrupting anyone who is a recognized speaker.
  • Avoid repeating issues or positions that have already been addressed by others.
  • Stay relevant to the topic.
  • Refrain from personal attacks.
  • Remember this is a community meeting. Please do not raise your voice, swear, or use
    profanity
