The first board meeting of 2025 is scheduled.

Conduct for a successful meeting is as follows:
- Be recognized first by the board before speaking.
- Refrain from interrupting business or deliberations of the board.
- During OPEN FORUM every owner who wishes to speak will have an opportunity to
speak, at the microphone, one time, for a maximum of 3 minutes. - Be respectful of the fact that other owners may wish to speak.
- Avoid interrupting anyone who is a recognized speaker.
- Avoid repeating issues or positions that have already been addressed by others.
- Stay relevant to the topic.
- Refrain from personal attacks.
- Remember this is a community meeting. Please do not raise your voice, swear, or use
profanity
